Delta Dental is pleased to welcome all Caltech and JPL employees to the Delta Dental website. Delta Dental’s unique cost management features, easy to use benefits (no claim forms to fill out) and no balance billing policy are offered on our plans when you visit a Delta Dental dentist. If you are a Delta Dental enrollee, you have the ability to sign on to our secure system and check your individual patient benefits, eligibility and claims information. To do so, please enter your user name and password or sign up through the user log in.

Dental Plan Enhancements for 2009 Caltech has enhanced your dental benefits for 2009. Not only will you have the option of using the Delta Dental PPO network to save you money and increase your benefits, your dental plan now includes: Implant procedures covered at 50% An additional cleaning and/or exam for pregnant women Diagnostic & Preventive services waived from your calendar year maximum To download and print the materials below, you will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer.
